The location was great. You can walk everywhere from there. The apartment was modest but enough. There are multiple shared bathrooms, which were really clean. Lady at the reception was very nice and helpful.

I am thankful that the property actually supports self-checkin, it would be great to mention that on their listing. The room was just as in the picture, meticulously clean and heated to a very comfortable temperature (Nov/Dec). Bathrooms were always clean and not crowded, and I never had to wait to use one; felt private (bathrooms are shared but one locks oneself in the entire bathroom, it is not the dorm/hostel style with multiple stalls). I felt very safe in the area. There were many restaurants and cafes on the same street, tram and bus stops, commuter train station nearby. Bilbao was pretty walkabke, from Guggenheim (less than 20 minutes) to Food Market (Erriberako Merkatua, about 10 minutes), moving around was very convenient. It is also just around the corner from the river promenade. Wifi was quite fast and strong.

Great location, very close to the Old Town Bilbao area. Even on the street that the place is located there are some really nice spots for a morning coffee before you head off for your day. Air conditioning in the room worked well and the bed was very comfortable.
