Nice breakfast. Secure parking. Large king-size room with great views. Within walking distance to the old town although very busy for Easter celebrations. A bus is available and regular. The bar man was excellent on selected drinks and service. Could as stayed longer than overnight but we were on the way to the ferry.

Nice modern hotel. Very good breakfast. Nice cafeteria. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room large and comfy. Very clean. Bathroom huge. Great underground parking although expensive at 18 euros. Overall fit for purpose. Reasonably easy to find and only 20 minutes from the ferry ⛴️

Stayed in a triple room - 3 friends travelling for the first time to Bilbao and surroundings. Comfy beds, big room and big bathroom too. Car park €17 a night, perfect to leave the car there on checkout day before heading to airport later in the day. If I had to recommend one thing to the property is to check the towels before putting them out - nothing to do with how clean they were (perfect in that sense!) more to how old some of they were which might have been worth removing from their stock (was only one out of all the ones we got) Other than that absolutely perfect! 12-15min walk from the city centre

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was the best by far. Even though I did the check in online I still had to wait (a big group was checking in at the same time) to activate the virtual key which was a bit silly because it makes something meant for faster and better to add kore friction. The room was not very well isolated from the other rooms so it was a bit noisy during the day.

Nice modern hotel. Good parking. Long walk or taxi to centre. Could not quite figure out the TV in the room.
