Receptionists are kind and helpful. Location is excellent. Spacious apartment for 2 persons. Very nice kitchen with washing machine, excellent microwave and oven, even a dishwasher is provided. Cleaning service was daily provided with fresh towels if we asked for.

A lovely apartahotel in the centre of Bilbao. Comfortable, close to everything, but still very quiet at night. 24 hour reception. Lovely kitchenette to cook breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Clean,spacious apartments well equipped, including a washing machine. Excellent position and friendly, helpful staff. Appreciate the help organising a larger taxi to transport a bicycle.

Location is perfect to explore Bilbao. Kitchen facilities were excellent as was the shower/bathroom.
