The location was in a nice area close to places for eating & and drinking, plus a big park overlooking the Old City (next to the Bilbao Arena). There was a bus stop outside the door for buses 71 & 76 to get you down the hill into the city centre. Juan from Argentina on reception was very kind & helpful

The room was really big , the bathroom was great and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were very professional and helpful and spoke multiple languages. The room was really quiet despite being on a busy road the soundproofing was good.

Affordable compared to others in the area, spacious room, nice man at the front desk every day. The area around the accommodation is mostly nice but there are two or three streets that are maybe a little dodgy at night - once we figured them out and avoided them it is a very pleasant walk into the old town or central Bilbao. Good place to base yourself out of for days out exploring.

We had a ground floor room, at the rear of the building looking out onto the local school sports grounds. It was very quiet at night. The room was bright and spacious and was very clean. The shower and toilet were located off the main room, also very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We left the window open for air during the night which was fine. Staff were very helpful at check-in. It is located on a quite a steep hill so some may find it a bit of a push with bags if you are on foot. Check out was straight forward and they kept our bags for us as we were not leaving Bilbao until late afternoon. That was a great help. A good base for our stay in Bilbao, we enjoyed our stay here.
