We loved our stay ,the room is very basic and the house a bit noisy with a lively bar across the road but we enjoyed our stay for the price I think it was excellent value for money.

Exceeded expectations. Staff was super helpful and just a call away. Great location, multiple bars around. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Would stay there again.

Good location not too far from centre of Bilbao. Easy to access using the code supplied on booking.

Room is very basic, but clean and comfy. It is a separate shared bathroom, which was also clean and not too busy, corridor had two bathrooms so had no wait to use them. Little bit confusing to get access, but the codes all work on the locks, so it was fine, no staff interaction at the location, but was contacted online and no issues that way.
