The room was perfect. Breakfast was excellent and Felix at the front desk was very nice to us. The location is great. We don’t like very busy areas. Just perfect.

Less than 10 minutes to Deusto metro stop. Lots of shops, bars and supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. Staff were very friendly and I have stayed here on a number of occasions as I know the area well.

Nice location near Guggenheim Museum and San Mames stadium. Comfortable room, staff was very friendly. Everything within walking distance (about 2km) from hotel. Many bar, coffee shops and tavernas nearby
