The studio was clean and had the essentials like shower gel and shampoo. Access to the gym was a nice touch if you are the type that likes to squeeze in some exercise during a holiday. The location was nice, quiet but close to public transport options to get around the city.

The gentleman who checked us into the hotel premises was very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and quite new. The coffee machine in the lobby is useful. There is also a small cafe across the street. The Deusto subway station is 10mins walk away.

+ Location (close to the centre) + Somewhat responsive pre-stay + Comfy bed + Clean and modern look + Quiet neighbourhood (at least during the summer holidays) + (amusing) Every time the toilet flushed, the shower drain gurgled loudly Completely acceptable as a casual stay.

Our stay was great! The accommodation is modern, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff was very friendly. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. It exceeded our expectations—10/10!

Great place, we have been working during the day so we spent quite a lot of time inside. We had a desk in the room and good wifi connection, kitchen had almost everything we needed, there was also a study room on the first floor so it was no problem to have videocalls simultanously. Quite close to 2 metro stations, drinking fountain across the street so we didn't have to buy a water! Really convenient place for us :)
