Very nice stay. I've been in other Ibis Budget (in France) and I think this one is better than average (the fact that it's almost new maybe plays a role). Clean, comfortable, sound proof room, and you can lock your baggage securely and for free. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Location is really good also.

The hotel location is excellent - close to the intermodal node of the city and a bus to Bilbao airport. The hotel was cosy. Breakfast is OK for its price.

The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is nearby, the main museum is 20-25 minutes walk away. The stay was comfortable

Great location in Bilbao Centre, handy to everything Trains, Tams and Buses. Short ride on Tram to No 1 Bilbao attraction Guggenheim Museum. The Staff is also the key ingredient for your stay and the Ibis Bilbao Staff are exceptional. My Wife and I have been World travellers for decades and stayed in a huge variety of accommodation, this gives us we believe a certain edge when handing out comments. A big thank you all of the Ibis lovely people - Julem, Adriel, Nerea,Xavier, Andrea, Javier, Hailin, Ibon, Laura and their Manager Cecilia. Apologies for name spelling and any of the Marvellous Staff that we have left out.
