Location was great. Just outside the low emission zone and easy walking to old town and museum. Food options close. Most important for us was secure onsite parking at a reasonable cost. Very clean and eco conscious

Clean, nice design, friendly staff. Has its own underground parking. Right outside the low emission zone (if you have, like me, a foreign-registered car). Easy walk to the Guggenheim. Decently close to the old town.

Walking distance from Bilbao railway station with luggage - maybe 10 minutes. Small room and bathroom but perfectly adequate for our purposes as tourists out all day. Restaurants and bars nearby with plenty of choice. Walking distance to all important sites - Guggenheim Gallery and Jeff Koons "Puppy" - funicular railway: Artxanda Funicular, old town and Nervion River.
