Hotel is lovely and very comfortable and quirky. Receptionist was exceptional, she gave us full guidance on Bilbao and restaurants and where to visit and made our restaurant booking. Room was excellent, up to date and with good comfortable bed. Hotel gym was amazing, quite small but with gym quality brand new equipment and great air con. Location convenient for central Bilbao, and directions to parking garage were very clear and we were able to drop bags off before parking. Breakfast was good and reasoably priced.

Really great modern property with very helpful staff. Easily walkable to everything you want to see - and I know this sounds wild but the towel sizes are great! So often hotels have tiny towels 😂

I recently stayed at the Tayko Hotel in Bilbao, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore Bilbao's charm.

We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival - that was important as it gave us a reasonable sized room. The location was excellent and the hotel was good value for money. Nothing special - but nothing wrong either. The receptionists were extremely selcoming and helpful and were all fluent in English.
