Amazing location just a few minutes from the old town (Casco viejo), great air conditioning, comfortable beds, new and modern equipment, really clean room, friendly and helpful staff, tram stop immediately across the road, big windows

Very well situated close to the old town of Bilbao and 20 minutes walking from Gugenheim Museum. Hotel clean, nice service and quite area.
