Motorcycle parking was very helpful, charged at half the car rate and they let me leave for an extra 4 hours without charging so helpful.

I booked via app price was reasonable because the prices went up due to flight cancellation to USA after the bad weather so we were lucky to get the rates on booking.com

In general, good value for money (47 euros for 2 people). Convinient location. Nice bed. Heating was available, but was turned off at early morning, before 7 am. Balcony, small, but better than nothing. TV. Parking, bike renting, teeth brush are available for additional fee.

Perfect property for short stays. I went for the bbk festival and it was easy to get to San Mames or the city center (casco antiguo). Staff was nice, happy to provide help when needed. There are no hair dryers in the rooms, but if you ask at reception they will give you. Spaces were clean and tidy.

The room itself was fine, it was comfortable enough to be. We could watch a football match on the TV while lying in bed. Next to the hotel there was a Lidl and some food stores which we used while staying at the hotel.

The hotel is very clean, bathroom and room even though there was some upgrades being done to the hotel everything was very clean.
