The hotel is almost in the center. The terminus of the airport bus was a 2-minute walk away, as were the metro and tram stops. The hotel is almost new and environmentally friendly. We didn't really ask for breakfast, but there was a kettle in the room, tea and coffee with sugar and cream were prepared every day. They cleaned every day and filled the fridge with fresh mineral water. At the reception, the images on the huge led wall were constantly changing, but it was not disturbing at all. There were fresh apples and lemonade in the hall every day. The staff was direct and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. If we come back to Bilbao we will only stay here.

The hotel was clean and well located, and the room was a good size with two single beds and a good size shower. Cleaning service provided water some of the days, and the staff were helpful with most issues. Hotel also provided us with useful information about the Aste Nagusia festival that was happening during our stay.

The hotel is right next to the coach station. The staff were super friendly (thumbs up to Juan). The rooms are clean, quite spacious and well designed. It's a short walk to the city centre. The hotel Ilunion is part of the Spanish National Association of the Blind, and is a socially conscious employer, so well worth supporting.

As stated in my previous review from 3 weeks earlier; it's a stylish hotel with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was great.
