The room was really big and comfortably fitted myself, my husband, my two big sons and my dog. They also supplied us with a doggy bed plus doggy treats and shampoo. The breakfast was excellent value for money with a great selection of foods.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet! Loved the little play corner for kids in the restaurant where breakfast was served. 10 min walk to old town, not bad at all!

The hotel has super clean rooms. We are 2 couples traveling and booked a two-room apartment with 4 separate beds. To our surprise, the beds were put together and looked exactly like queen-size beds. Rooms are very spacious, staff is welcoming. We also liked supplements from TOUS (shampoo, shower gel etc) :)

Absolutely wonderful stay. Great for those travelling with pets. Lovely bed, treats, toy and even dog shampoo. Very nice. Mini bar was nice. Beds were comfortable. Room very spacious with lovely views. Bathroom was big. Bath was fabulous. Shower pressure great. We will come back next time in bilbao thank you.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is fantastic, with a lot of variety. The care of all employees is exemplary. Parking with direct access to the floor of the rooms is also good. Special attention to the pet, with bed, water pots and food and toys. In addition to some gifts.

Lovely hotel with nice restaurant and bar Lovely comfortable lobby area great size bedrooms comfortable beds .little outside of tourist area but a bus stop right outside is very frequent and only 10min by bus to all attractions. very friendly staff.
