Loved the location as it's just a short skip and a hop away from the old part of Bilbao and a short walk along the river for a lovely view of the Guggenheim and yet at the same time,with our room at the back of the hotel,we were able to enjoy a quiet, peaceful good night's sleep.

Lovely location - on the river and walking distance to the old town, the Guggenheim Museum, the shopping areas. Have since recommended to a friend who got a room with a lovely view of the river - I'll upgrade next time!

Location is excellent. Room was very spacious and the view to the river is lovely. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was quite complete.

Excellent value for money, great location in the city centre, a clean and quite spacious room. Comfortable beds and a quiet room at the back side of the building.

Excellent location especially in regards to the Guggenheim Museum and the Old Town. Even though a small room, being at tree level on 4th floor with floor to ceiling view of river was very soothing. Most staff were helpful. Good wifi. Received requested additional pilows promptly. Free after check out storage of luggage. Prompt assistance to get airport taxi.
