First impressions is the reception staff - so welcoming accommodating. The room was beyond satisfactory with a fantastic comfortable clean bed. Night staff were fun and ensuring good vibe

Great area of Bilbao, bars and shops next door, quiet room, nice view of the river, shower hot. spacy room, quick wifi, breakfast varied, reception staff knowledgeable.

Its a rather good hotel with a decent breakfast in a good location. Staff are really helpful and there is a lot of facilities near the hotel, ie food shops, nice bars.

Great location if the purpose of your visit to Bilbao is to go to the Guggenheim. Rooms are clean and comfortable. CNN is available in English on the TV.
