There was no breakfast, cleaning staff was really friendly, the others were as well. Very nicely cleaned every day. Location was perfect in the old part of the town with loads of restaurants and shops closeby. Airco was really great and necessaire! Nice kitchen and everything was present, so no complaints!

The location is pretty convenient and in the old town. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They always greeted me with a smile. The place was well organised and kept clean.

The staff were very helpful especially when we needed to extend our stay and needed to reactivate the swipe card. The well equipped kitchen was appreciated, the facilities were very clean.

I liked how easy the self-check in was. I loved that my bed was already done, instead of having to be me sorting it out as it happens in other hostels. The bed was quite comfortable and everything seemed super clean.

Located nicely right in the old town close to the centre of Bilbao, and not far away from a metro station and train station. Quite clean, especially for a hostel.
