Really nice hotel. Unfortunately we don’t realise they had an outside area with heaters! We had looked at many places in the city for outside seating and heating because I like to smoke a cigar in the evening and we had one all along at the hotel! The room was really nice. Shower was great and shower door didn’t let water through which is a first for a hotel! The man on the reception desk Saturday morning and Sunday morning was really nice too. He wore glasses but didn’t get his name but he deserves a mention for his customer service. Thank you. I would definitely stay here again. It is a wonderful hotel.

We stayed a few times over the past week. The staff are all so friendly and can’t do enough for you. We checked in early both times - and had amazing rooms on the 7th floor. The hotel itself is about 15 minute taxi from the airport, 10 minute walk from San Mames stadium and a 25 minute walk to the old town. The spa and gym facilities were excellent - clean, well maintained and quiet. Didn’t have the breakfast but the bar area was clean and lovely to spend time in.
