Automated check-in process was easy peasy. Great location in the middle of the old town and thanks to the sound insulation we slept well. Fair price. Great bathroom with good water pressure. We didn't mind the stairs to get up to the rooms. We stored our luggage for free for a full day after checking out at an affiliated hotel two streets over. AC worked well.

Very clean property with plenty of space, good amenities too with tea, coffee and a kettle inside the room. In the hallway you also had a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, cutlery and freezer if needed! Right in the center of the town walking distance to everything

Excellent location in midst of old town Bilboa. Nicely renovated hotel room. Beware if lots of stairs are an issue for you!

Bed extremely comfortable. Had a little balcony onto the main street of bars, but the soundproofing in the room was fantastic and I couldn't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location, great atmosphere. Extremely clean. Small kitchen available with fridge and utensils. Overall, brilliant.

Room was nice and spacious; they clean the room everyday; very close to most of the places we wanted to go… “to sleep and go” is fine.
