Excellent apartment in a prime location in the centre of the old town of Bilbao, handy to historic places of interest, transport, shops and restaurants . Supermarket next door. Everything we need for a 2 night stay- modern, clean, comfortable, quiet. Would stay here again

Staff were excellent. Had difficulty with entry code and staff at the other casual hotel in the street sorted out the problem very quickly. The same staff member gladly booked a taxi for our departure. Very satisfied with accommodation and location.

Fabulous spotless modern room and shower room in fabulous location in old town. Spacious and comfortable with large comfortable bed and large wardrobe. Keyless code access.

Never been to Bilbao before. Arrived early morning on the ferry in torrential rain. Tricky drive from the port to the old town, but it worked out very well. The pre booked secure parking was close to the hotel and the communication from Casual by WhatsApp was excellent. The building was secure and classy .
