The location was great and only a 5min walk to the Guggenheim museum and flower puppy etc. There was also a nice big kids playground near the puppy. It is an 10-15min walk to the old town and lots of restaurants. Street parking is a little hard to find but a parking station is close by and very easy. The apartment we stayed in overlooked the street but it wasn't noisy. It was clean and maintained, had a washing machine and a great place to stay.
