The location of the hotel is especially good. Subway and Train-Station are just around the corner and the city old town Center is just right away. The design of the hotel is modern and stylish giving a welcoming atmosphere.

Located at the entry to old town, but also in walking distance to gran via, the location is just perfect. The staff were extremely helpful. Modern hotel with everything you need for a stay in Bilbao.

Beautiful and calm hotel. Great location at the edge of the old town. Staff at reception were friendly and obviously very proud of their city.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Despite its two-star rating, the location was perfect, situated between the Old Town and within walking distance of all the attractions in Bilbao. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the hotel itself was modern and impeccably clean. Our room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with modern facilities. There is an attached coffee shop and restaurant which served delicious food, ideal for breakfast and dinner. While complimentary water was provided upon arrival, you need to replenish it yourself thereafter. Other amenities like shampoo, conditioner were not included. This wasn’t a problem, I’m sharing for info purposes. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our short get-away stay in Bilbao and this hotel was perfect- clean, modern and relatively private. The staff were especially courteous and friendly. They are at your disposal for your every need or question. We were surprised that Carla & the staff were so thoughtful to acknowledge my birthday with some truffle bonbons! I would happily stay here again without a hesitation. The property was well-situated and well-appointed. We had a superior room that has been tastefully renovated and had a lovely view of the pedestrian street below. Relatively quiet unless it is the weekend which has an expected increase in noise below but that is part of the Bilbao city culture.
