Easy free parking. It was very clean. There was a simple, sufficient breakfast included. There were economical vending machines and microwaves available to use. It is a quiet location. There are friendly bars up the hill.

Ample parking for large vehicles. Which is difficult to find in central Bilbao. The 28 and 58 Bus stop outside the hostel, which is a 10 minute journey into centre of the city. Inclusive limited breakfast included in the price.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. At first, when I looked at the location when arriving at the hostel, I realized how far it was. But, once I checked in and asked for advice, I realized how easy it was to access the centre and how close it was to walk - slightly uphill but manageable! The room was well equipped, clean and the toilets were the same. The staff gave me great tips and recommendations and definitely were the highlight of this hostel. Thanks

Dog friendly or not, it depends on which staff you encounter. After reading the reviews we knew to expect a clean, somewhat sterile, large hostel- at times noisy late at night, at other times very quiet. Staff are super friendly and offer good advice on how to enjoy Bilbao. Wifi signal excellent on 2nd floor. We booked a room for 4 although only 2 of us and a dog - this allowed us lots of space. The views of the city below are spectacular and there was ample parking - for me these were the strongest points of this hostel apart from most of the staff who were great. Hostel is close to the tram (15 min walk) which is dog friendly. Laundry facilities were good. Kitchen facilities are very basic.

Rarely have i stayed in a hostel so clean. The facilities are a littl e basic but thats fine. Free breakfast was simple but great. Views amazing. Short walk to the tram gets you to teh city in 10 minutes Great stay. Thank you

The staff at the Bilbao Hostel were fantastic - super nice, helpful and ready to help in a very relaxed way. The view was nice, but unfortunately we were right at the freeway and that was tthe only window that opened; the other one was broken. The room, our bathroom and the hotel in general was relatively clean for a hostel. And bonus - we were able to do our laundry and it wasn't ridiculously expensive.
