Really great central location in the old town, super easy check in and really friendly staff. The room was perfect for what we needed as well. The shower was amazing!!

Great hotel! Comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was excellent, very convenient. The room had heating, so if it was cold, we could turn it on. The location is excellent. We were lucky to have windows facing the inner courtyard, so it was quite quiet. I think if the windows face the outside, it might be very noisy on weekends because there are many cafes and people around the hotel. We arrived late and were able to check in ourselves as they sent us instructions. They also let us leave our backpacks until the evening on the day of departure, which was very convenient.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Friendly staff. Very central to Bilbao Old Town with plenty of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Perfect location.

Excellent value for money. Bed was very comfortable. Bed linens were very clean. Room was clean everyday. The room was very well decorated. There is a hairdryer , and some toiletries as well. TV had English channels like Bloomberg , CNBC

Arena Suites Bilbao offers great apartments and rooms. Situated in the central part of Casco Viejo on a street with pintxos bars mostly attended by locals is a fantastic starting point in exploring Bilbao. My room had a view of the street which meant however that at night it was pretty lively. So if sound is an issue for you, bear that in mind. The staff was great in giving me an upgrade when I mentioned it would be ideal if I could use a fridge (my room did not come with a fridge). The apartment was very clean, newly refurbished with a full kitchen and area to hang clothing. The doors open to a French balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom was spacious and super clean and the building works with a code for the door of the building, a separate code for the floor your are staying and another code for you room. So super safe.

The location is great for getting to experience the city. In the street below and surrounding there are many cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. A great city to walk around and explore. The room was a good size and to a high standard.
