The charges for parking are as follows:- Up to 15 mins it is for free- Up to 2 hrs will incur a charge of £11- Up to 8 hrs will incur a charge of £22. Each additional hour will incur a charge of £2- Overnight and up to 24 hrs will incur a charge of £16. Each additional hour will incur a charge of £3Executive Lounge Policy:Please note the executive lounge is for guests aged older than 18 years only, alcohol is served from 17:30 to 19:30 daily.Swimming Pool Policy & Booking Process:- An adult must be in the water in the pool/jacuzzi at all times with junior guests who are under the age of 16- An adult can supervise a maximum of 2 junior guests aged under 16- Children aged under 8 are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room.- Booking the pool and wet leisure areas in advance is highly recommended. You can either visit the club when you arrive at the hotel to book or call the LivingWell Team on 01217806359 to make a booking- The last entry to the pool and wet leisure areas is 60 minutes prior to closing time, and facilities close 15 minutes before closing timeIn line with our sustainability policy, our standard is to change your bed linen on the 4th night of your stay and again after you check out.

Hotel itself is extremely nice inside, bar and reception area is very inviting. Check in staff were helpful and polite. Particularly Andreea at checkout, she was really helpful. Room was spacious and an amazing view of the lake and surrounding areas. I purchased the romance package as a surprise for my partner and it looked fantastic when we entered the room! We were both massively impressed with this!

Great location for BP pulse, just 5 min walk. Great room, we did not try the spa facilities but there is always next time. The breakfast was exceptional, We have never seen so many options to choose from! Plenty of parking space, although this is additional it’s a fair price.

The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and had all the facilities we wanted - The staff went above and beyond to make our stay such a lovely memory - They were all welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to chat to.

This hotel has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. Really lovely and clean facilities. Parking right next to the hotel too and a great value. Overall really pleased and will definitely stay again.

When I checked in, my room was on the 5th floor. I was being dealt with by Antonio. I asked him if there were stairs as I didn't use lifts. Antonio was amazing, he immediately changed my room for one on the 1st floor. He was so helpful.
