My second stay at this hotel as its literally across the road from the Departure and Arrivals terminals. A wonderful buffet style breakfast (£12) and a great menu choice for dinner in the evenings. Staff were also helpful during my stay. The room was exceptionally clean with fresh bed linen & Towels.

It was perfectly placed to catch an early flight from Birmingham airport and handily close to the train station. It was basic but functional, the bed was comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk to the terminal and the staff were really friendly and helpful despite our late arrival.

Excellent airport location, to save the stress of an early-morning drive. A 5 minute walk to the terminal. Also, to pass the evening, there is the 'Resorts World' complex at the NEC a short walk away with entertainment, standard-issue restaurants and places to drink. Rooms well sound-proofed.

Paid £12 for breakfast and no hot food available. Essentially paid £12 for 1 coffee and a banana! Not 2 staff working and appeared disorganised.
