- SUMMER (mid-May/mid-September) - our office is open from 11:00 to 19:30.

- the rate includes towels and bed linen (they are not changed)

- the apartment has a maximum capacity of persons (by persons we mean adults, children and infants equally)
- the kitchen must be left clean, the fridge cleaned, rubbish removed, otherwise the security deposit will not be returned
- at check-in payment of the entire stay is required, payment by bank transfer or cheque is not allowed
- a security deposit of € 200 is required, it will be returned at check-out ONLY after control of the apartment
- the property is not available for parties
- Quiet time slot is 13:00/16:30 - 22:00/07:00We inform our customers that the swimming pool is located at a partner hotel, next to our building (1 minute walk).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
