The villa is great, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and has all a person could need. Good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. One of the rooms has an extra bed, so actually 5 people can sleep in a nice bed. Each room has its own bathroom and there is an additional WC. The pool area is fantastic, water was clean, yet quite cold. The lounge area is very nice and there are a few swings + a basketball count. The bike was a great addition, so one of us can pick up breakfast in the the nearby village. The location is great - close to Zadar but still in a very quite area. There was a construction site next door, but it was not too loud. The area with the village restaurants and shops is 10min walk. Yet, to explore the are, you will need a vehicle for sure. All and all, this is a great value for money. The hosts have thought of everything, so this would be an unforgettable stay.

Our children loves the play area outside and the swimming pool. Loved the location and the hosts were lovely!
