The best communication is by phone or e-mail. They try to fix what you need. I have a wheelchair and they picked us up at the airport for nearly no charge. Great kitchen with a table and 4 seats. Lots of hot water and AC. Mosquito netting on all doors and windows. Sunscreen on balcony and bedroom. Great storage for clothes. TV with the possibility to connect a chrome cast or appleTV and great internet wifi. A small private garden and when you get to the street you have bakery, grocery shop, fast food, ice cream and possible to rent bikes, electric bikes or things for water activities. About 200 meters from water and restaurants. A small village with all you need. Easy to use Uber to get anywhere and affordable. About 12 minutes from airport (the taxies drive via Zadar, but not needed, see map) . About 10 minutes from Zadar. Recommend to visit the old Town in Zadar.

The owner was very friendly. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. So many olive trees at the yard. Beach is like 10 mins by walk. Very beautiful beach.

Host is extremely nice and accommodating. Provided a cheap transfer from the airport and responded to any questions quickly. Would definitely recommend.
