The hotel is in an excellent location within view of the sea and in short walking distance of everything. On arrival, my room was upgraded to one with a small balcony which was much appreciated.

room was clean and tidy but a little on the small side, the bed was a little hard for my liking. It was very central, very good underground carpark. The staff are great and speak excellent English and will advise on things to do around Biarritz.

Location was excellent. Room & en-suite were very small. Overall facilities were good. Room servicing was good & staff were overall very nice.
