This credit card must match the name of the person staying in the room.The Nuxe Spa is accessible from 9:00am to 9:00pm.There is an additional charge of 12 EUR to use the spa, Please contact the reception to book your access.In our ongoing commitment to improving and modernizing our facilities, we are undertaking essential renovation work to the façade of our establishment. This work, expected to last four months, aims to optimize the experience of our common customers among us and to create an even more pleasant environment.We would like to reassure you that the hotel remains open during this period and that we will do everything possible to maintain our services at the level of customer expectations. However, due to the nature of the work, occasional noise pollution may occur during the day.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 20 euro per pet, per (night) applies.Please note the following terms of access to our Spa area, applicable each year, from June 1 to October 31:
Spa access price: €12 per adult (from 16 years old) and per stay.
Free access for children under 16 years old.Outside of this period, access to the Spa remains free for all our customers.To offer an even more exclusive experience, access to the Spa will be offered all year round for reservations in the following categories:

*Junior SuiteReservations: All reservations for access to the Spa must be made at our reception, by email or by telephone.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A very lovely modern 4 star hotel in the centre of Biarritz with super friendly staff Great and varied breakfast buffet selection Slept really well , in luxurious bed linen and even though room was street facing, was quiet. Close to the sea front and nice restaurants
