The hotel is modern and designed in a great style. Everything is very clean. The room was a bit chilly, but there is a heater available. However, the rooms are quite small, and in the one with a bathtub in the room, there is no additional shower. Also, the toilet is very cold, and the floor is freezing. The breakfast was delicious, though a bit pricey. The pool and sauna are fantastic!

The location is very good, there is a supermarket near the hotel. The ski lift 6 minutes by car. The kitchen is well equipped. The room is very clean.

Location is great a 10 min walk to bania termi there is a bus stop near by for Ski bus Local grocery store 11 pm late night store is also near by for last time craving

What a thoughtful hotel! Wow - the room was lovely with amazing thoughtful touches and beautiful architecture. Sauna was broken when we stayed but the pool and steam room were lovely and the robes provided by the hotel very soft and comfortable. We paid extra for the breakfast which was worth it, the staff were all friendly and food was tasty and fresh.

- The building is new, constructed with high-quality and expensive materials, and equipped with good furniture, excellent bedding, and enough kitchen utensils. - The reception staff are hotel are very polite and helpful. Thank you. - Clean and modern pool with ok temperature - Free parking is a nice bonus

The rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchenette has everything you need, the spa is amazing, and there’s free parking. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

### Accommodation Review **Location** Very easy to find. Located close to the main street, yet the street noise is minimal—only noticeable on the balcony, not in the room. There’s a pizzeria right on the main street and a Biedronka supermarket nearby. 10/10 **Hotel** The hotel is very nice, with a new and cohesive design. Architecturally, it’s a beautiful place. The upstairs rooms feature amazing balconies, while the ground-floor rooms have small, cozy terraces. A security guard is stationed at the main gate until 10 PM. Although they don't provide detailed information about the accommodation, there is a contact number for the host, who speaks Polish and English. 10/10 **Booking and Payment** The process is quite complicated. There are definitely simpler methods than sending separate payment links and information about the accommodation and the codes for accessing the hotel. All information is provided in Polish and English. If you don't understand these languages, you might face significant difficulties accessing your room and the garage. 5/10 **Parking** Perfect, with an underground garage accessible via a code. Exit without a code. Accessible by elevator. 10/10 **Room Access** Accessible by elevator and stairs. The setup is simple and suitable for strollers, with no unnecessary stairs at the entrance or in the hallways. The apartment is 100% wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during our stay. 10/10 **Room** The room is beautiful, perfectly laid out, and furnished. The designer had great taste. Everything is clean and new. The kitchen is in the entrance hall but is very well done, not obstructing entry to the room. The balcony is perfect for relaxing, with two tasteful chairs and a table offering a nice view. The bathroom is nice and clean, though there was an issue with hot water availability—only available in the morning as the boiler couldn't meet the demand.
