Everything is good, net and clean room, toilet. Have ro waters and fridges. The owner and caretaker both are very humble and helpful people.

Breakfast was provided on demand and it was good. This Homestay is located at prime residential location which is around 4 kms from Bhubaneswar Railway Station as well as to Kalpana Bus Stand.

Quiet place, lovely room, well connected to all the places I wanted to visit. And people there are very nice and helpful! Will definitely go back there should I come to Bhubaneswar again.

We stayed in a room with an air-con, with attached bathroom and kitchen (essentially a studio apartment) for 2 weeks. Before our arrival the owner multiple times confirmed with me when we're arriving etc. However, when we actually arrived the room had no towels, the kitchen had only an induction stove. There were no cutlery, plates, bowls or pots and pans for cooking. We had to ask for everything to be provided. The shared facilities also are not mentioned as being shared eg the fridge and the water filter are shared and are not in the actual apartment. The place didn't look like it's been cleaned recently so we had to dust and sweep the floor as we were settling in. The owner didn't offer to have the apartment cleaned even weekly or to change the bedding. On the positive side, the host (Sunil) is really friendly and helpful and was always eager to assist and provide anything we asked for. I'd recommend this as a reasonable place to stay in Bhubaneswar if one is ready to compromise and be flexible.
