This was an amazing Trip to the mountains. We REACHED IN MIDNIGHT AT 12.30 AM STILL WE WERE SERVED HOT FOOD WITH A SMILE . That's remarkable for a room at this price , though meals are separately charged but It's OK . THIS PLACE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IN ALL WAYS ! The place is so peaceful and far away from the chaos of the so-called popular hill stations. Exactly the kind of place where we as a family like to visit during our family trip together. If you too like to have a peaceful stay then pls do visit this place. The cottages and rooms are very well maintained and Kid friendly too. However if you have elderly members in your family then it might be the best option to book rooms as one has to walk some stairs for cottages . Food was simply delicious. They have a very nice Tibetan style setup for dining. The view from the rooms and cottages is really breathtaking. This place does have small gardens for extra curricular activities and one can always carry their own play games etc for the trip. The owner and the whole staff was really humble and kind. Bonfire facility is also available at extra cost. we got lifetime memories .

YUMMY BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER - EXCELLENT CLEAN ROOMS IN THAT PRICE I recently stayed at INCREDIBLE BIRDING CAMP and was thoroughly impressed. The accommodation was both cozy and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The BIRD SETUP was a delightful feature, providing a refreshing retreat. The food at the hotel was not only delicious but also very cost-effective, making dining there a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Overall arahnyam exceeded my expectations with its inviting atmosphere, excellent amenities, and great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a charming and affordable getaway.

perfect location, in the lap of nature. Garuda Tal and even Saat Taal are walkable if you are a walker. The caretaker Suraj is very nice and amicable

Incredible Birding Camp is a hidden gem in Sattal! The views were absolutely stunning - easily the best part of our stay. Getting there was no hassle, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Big shoutout to Ms. Khushboo Sharma, the owner, who hooked us up with a local taxi. The food was a real treat - all homemade and organic. We brought our 1.5-year-old along, and the staff were super helpful in making sure we were all comfy and safe. Now, I've gotta mention this because it really put a damper on things: there was a group of Indian guests who were being pretty rude to the staff and demanding fancy amenities in what's clearly a budget-friendly, nature-focused place. C'mon folks, read the room! If you're into nature and want a chill, down-to-earth experience in Bhimtal, this is definitely the spot. Just keep in mind it's not a luxury resort - it's all about soaking in the natural vibes. Perfect for us nature lovers!

As I planned to visit Sattal for the first time, where I opted was to look for an excellent cottage experience Incredible Birding Cottages gave me the best deal for my tour. Just few minutes drive from my favourite vacation spot, Nainital, it gave a very off site feel as away from City's Busy road jams. Coming here made me delight as I it was surrounded with mount hills and lavish greenish look of mountain. Where I was greeted with a good welcoming gesture of the staff and good service. As I visited in off season and post lockdown. The staff has taken good care with sanitization and hygiene. Do check with weather for sattal as its in the mountain ranges before planning. Thank you for the wonderful stay , Thank you All Staff nest cottage highly recommended .

It's like coming to heaven. So beautiful place and view looks changes during day and night. View is amazing, Food is yummy,Staff very humble. Rooms are good and comfortable. Rest everything is top notch and we r enjoying our stay here. thank you property manager ..highly recommended - we also found so many birds and owls in property itself , a heaven for bird watchers and photographers.

Location, staff, cottages, everything was great. Property is located near the market but away from city noise. In the morning the birds will wake you up. It was very soothing and relaxing.
