Villa Kumquats is a brilliant place to stay, experience Beziers and the surrounding areas. Canal de midi, a canal aquaduct and the Les 9 Écluses de Fonseranes, plys shopping centres, shops and parks. We stayed 3 days and just about did it all. The house was fabulous well equipped massive rooms, we had bedroom, bathroom and a dining area with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Breakfast was outside the door every morning in a basket coffee, croissants, bread, butter, cheese, ham. fruit, yoghurt, granola, juice fabulous to eat on the balcony or in the garden. Wine was also available to buy 15Euros a bottle - delicious. And the hosts had a list of restaurants to visit we tried 4 all great food and good value.

The room is lovely, very well appointed and opens onto a wonderful garden where we enjoyed our breakfasts. The hosts were charming and very helpful.

The host was very friendly and attentive. I really appreciated the large room and bathroom very well decorated, a plus for the winter garden in the room. Breakfast exellent. the garden area is nice to rest. The location was very good, just a few minutes from the town centre where there are shops and good restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kumquats. Robert and Jean Yves were very accommodating and helpful. Beautiful villa and the breakfasts were outstanding! It made for a fabulous stay in Bezier.

I loved everything about this place. Robert and Jean Yves have literally thought of everything to ensure their guest's comfort. The room was lovely; tastefully decorated, quiet and clean. The breakfast was easily the best I've ever had - delivered to the door in a picnic basket every morning, I was able to eat it at my leisure (not to mention where ever I wanted! I could eat it in my room or bring it to the lovely garden). The gorgeous garden was perfect if I wanted to sit out with a glass of wine each evening. Not to mention the consideration with which I was treated by my hosts; for example, I was sitting out one evening and Robert arrived over with insect repellent because he said the mosquitos would be bad that evening (he was right!). Villa Kumquats is also an ideal location - it's away from the city center making it lovely and quiet, but still very easy walking distance to everywhere. I was less than 10 minutes walk from the city center and maybe 15 minutes walk to the cathedral. The only time I got a taxi throughout my whole stay was to go to the airport. I was easily able to walk everywhere (and I did walk everywhere, Bezier is a very walkable city). I was so stressed and looking for a relaxing break when I arrived in Beziers and I certainly got that. I came away feeling so chilled out. I would actually return to Bezier just to stay at Villa Kumquat again. Thank you guys for everything, you were fantastic!

Just book this place . I loved we had breakfast delivered in a beautiful hamper that we could eat when we wanted . It was so plentiful we also had for lunch

Beautifully restored, excellent facilities, exceptionally clean. Even though we couldn’t speak much French we were able to communicate with the host via a translation app. Great breakfast in a picnic basket which we could have either eaten in our room or in the garden outside. Free parking on the street outside. 10 minutes walk from the city centre.
