Fabulous hotel facilities and location . Staff very helpful and personable. Only slight annoyance was there appeared to be some sort of team building group activities going on and whilst didn’t really distract from our great stay they were a bit noisy at times …

wonderful location, my cozy room unfortunately very bare, not at all welcoming, poor toilet facilities. Too bad, even respecting the philosophy of recovery I think it could have been done much better.

Hotel very unusual, renovated to a good standard but keeping many of the prison features. Lovely views and some great art around the hotel. Good location short walk to restaurants and bars. Staff excellent. We arrived on a cold wet day so I was pleased that our room was lovely and warm. Nice bar, we didn’t eat at the restaurant as it was fully booked when we arrived so you need to book before hand.
