Nearly everything, lovely room, nice and clean. Hotel throughout is nicely furnished, bright and modern. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and relaxed atmosphere.

Good access with ample car parking. Rooms a decent size with good wifi/TV/bed/bathroom. Breakfast, good choice of foods both hot and cold. Staff friendly and available for help

Perfect location and despite being next to main road nice and quiet in the evening. Staff incredibly friendly and whole place smelled and looked clean.

Everything was lovely, only thing we wasn't happy with was such cold room , on entering the room it was very cold . Other than this it was excellent for second time staying here . Staff very polite and hotel very clean also breakfast was very nice selection.

The staff were extremely helpful with our room as we list the room key twice!! Our beds were very comfortable. The most impressive thing for me was the care the kitchen took to the gluten free food I have to have. As I’m coeliac I have to be very careful that the food hasn’t been contaminated with a food hat has gluten in it. All the food I ate was delicious and didn’t upset me at all. Thank you very much

We liked the bright room and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Great choice for breakfast. Josephine was our breakfast server and she was very helpful and friendly.

I think it really bad we had to pay additional for parking over night , when staying in the hotel , we went to a party at the hotel and guest which wasn’t staying did not have to pay for parking

Evening staff in the bar very rude. Receptionist writing down my elderly fathers bank card details (very concerned about that) GDPR hmm. Ask lady at reception on check out this morning as what happens to that piece of paper.. her reply was you take it with you.. she really didnt know what she was saying.. said when people talk to you as if you don't know how certain situations should be dealt with (me being a Manager in customer service) shame really as the staff let the hotel down. I would still like to know what has happened to the piece of paper with written details of my fathers bank card.
