I have been staying here for years, love the location, great breakfast (although I miss a great continental addition) staff are amazing and super friendly. Morning and evening beach walks to die for ! All rooms are super clean and very quirky, so as the restaurant downstairs!!!

The room was quiet and comfortable. The bar was great. The breakfast was very good. Perfect location for the De La Warr Pavilion.
