The hotel was clean with a big room and comfy beds - slept like a baby! The hotel staff were welcoming and the food was excellent! The bar outside was very pretty and had a lovely view! The only confusing part was finding our room as it wasn’t clear where we needed to go once we left reception. We had a lovely time and would go back!

Perfect location - in the heart of Snowdonia and lots to do in the town. We walked up to, and around, Llyn Elsi - great views. The hotel was welcoming and comfortable and staff friendly and professional. Lovely food - we loved the choice for the continental breakfast - though the cooked breakfast looked very tasty too! Would definitely recommend and will return again.

Got a great deal through this website. Staff were all so friendly. We ate at the grill room in the evening and had breakfast the next morning. Food was all really good and the choice excellent. Lovely lounge bar area for after dinner drinks. The large on site parking area at the rear was really reasonable and we really liked that it included full day parking for the day we were leaving so we could enjoy a look around. The stables complex room was quiet and comfortable. We were offered complementary leisure facilities in a hotel down the road but did not take advantage of these.
