The property is a very picturesque 15 minute drive from Snowdon. It is a prominent corner property that is easy to find, with plenty of parking in a safe off road location. The small village it is on, has multiple outdoor shops, grocery shops and eateries, all of which Jeanette will tell you about. what is very obvious is the time and effort the couple take to make your stay perfect. The house is spotless, warm and comfortable with small finishing touches in your room that make it feel top class. I fell to sleep in a comfortable bed listening to a babbling stream outside. In the morning, the breakfast was magnificent and we left feeling very looked after.

The property was very well presented and immaculately clean with a lovely short walk along the river to the town with restaurants and shops. Hosts Jeanette and Steve were friendly and welcoming with plenty of good tips for enjoying the area.

We were greeted with the warmest of greetings and it continued from there, both Jeanette and Steve could not do enough for us, the B&B was in the prefect location, breakfast was gorgeous and loved the fresh fruit to nibble on while waiting for your choice of breakfast to be cooked, so clean and nicely decorated, the whole feeling was just warm and cosy! So much information on the area and everything you need for our stay.

The place is absolutely astonishing. It’s located just a 20-minute walk from Betws-y-Coed center, and even that short walk is memorable—a picturesque path that takes you across the Miner’s Bridge, winding along the opposite side of the river and leading you down to the village. The guest house and rooms are exceptionally clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The atmosphere feels warm and inviting, a testament to the attention and care that’s been put into maintaining the property. The hosts, Jeanette and Steve, elevate the experience with their outstanding hospitality. They are incredibly pleasant, attentive, and always willing to help. Their genuine kindness makes you feel right at home and truly enhances the stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene and welcoming place to stay in Betws-y-Coed.
