John and Jeanette were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. The location is within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants for dinner.

Not enough superlatives to describe our stay. John and Jeanette were excellent hosts, both extremely friendly and down to earth. John was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. John was very knowledgeable about the town of Bethel and surrounding areas and was more than happy to offer recommendations about places to eat and favourite hikes etc. The hotel was extremely comfortable and super quaint, John and Jeannette should be very proud that all their efforts and attention to detail in regard to furnishings and finishing touches have made for a wonderful boutique bed and breakfast. Jeanettes breakfast were an absolute taste sensation, easily the best breakfasts I have ever had and along with the fresh brewed coffee set us up for our days hiking. Perfect stay all around.

Ideally located close to Grafton Notch State Park and practically next door to the wonderful Maine Mineral Museum. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, bedroom tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable and John and Jeanette were ideal hosts - very welcoming and friendly and informative about the local area. A real pleasure to meet them. Additionally the breakfasts were delicious.
