Antonio's place was in a very good location, just 10min ish to the beach, walking distance to little grocery shops and restaurants. The apartment is very big, filled with a fridge full of drinks you may want to purchase during the stay, a kitchen where you can have a stove top, pan and utensils to cook your own meals and a kettle. A big living room with a very reliable fan, a couch and a dinner table. The room is also big with a comfy bed and clean bed sheets, an efficient aircon and fan with a balcony. Toilet has a good size and hot water in the shower is provided. There's a helpful line to dry the clothes in the balcony after a beach day. The "jungle" view is relaxing and lovely. The best part was Antonio the owner... He literally did everything to help us in every way, like calling the bus company to help us to change the pick up point, organising a scooter rent, also took us to the bus station (for an extra fee), offering local tips and a free early check in and late check out... He literally couldn't do more to help us. We are very grateful to Antonio for all the effort he put into making our stay easy and comfortable! Ah and he has the cutest and playful dogs welcoming you every time you come back home ❤️

We stayed at a very good property Antonio's Residency Goa, Betalbatim, 1BRH-K deluxe home stay apartment, which was very neat, clean, tidy and spacious. Very close to the beach just 1 minute by vehicle. The owner Antonio is very hospitable, allowed us to stay beyond check out time from 10.30 am to 12.00 noon, no extra tariff. The property is located in a serene locality, surrounded with lush greenery and fields on the way to the most beautiful beach Gonsua. We shall be back soon at this place. We highly recommend this place.

Good size rooms with good aircon and hot water. Fridge was stocked with beer. Very friendly host.
