The authentic tent or Jurt we stayed in was an amazing experience. The resort must be lovely in the summer and winter but when we were there in October many facilities were closed due to maintenance and bad weather. We had a lovely SPA experience though.

We visited Oi-Qaragai for a ski holiday. First time skiing for our 13-year old son and 8-year old daughter. We managed to get two English speaking ski instructors, brothers, named Abylkassymov Nurdaulet and Abylkassymov Bekzhan, from the Oi-Qaragai - Aport section Ride School. By the end of our trip, our children were able to take the chairlift to the top of the mountain and ski down. Ski rental equipment was also well stocked, right down to jackets and skipants if you don't have your own. If you are going for the Treehouse rooms, do pack lightly and make sure you are in decent shape to walk up the stairs to reach the rooms. The rooms were comfortable and warm. Great experience overall and would highly recommend for families!

This ski report has amazing facilities for skiing enthusiasts. The resort also has a pleasant atmosphere for family vacations.

Always amazing to stay at Lesnaya. This time, we stayed in the traditional Yurt. It was very good, lots more spacious than what we had in the three house last time we stayed here. The activities are great and the food at the Georgian restaurant was wonderful. We will go back again! Thanks to Ulykbek and Aktlik for teaching us. They are very good English Speaking Ski Instructors. We were able to arrange with them directly because English instructors are rare to find there.

Everything are exceptional, i wish we can stay longer. The place is amazing, so beautiful. All the staff are very helpful although language is really a barrier to communicate better but they do their best to help us in all our needs. I suggest a longer stay to enjoy the beauty of the place.

Everything was great. They charged me 2 times by mistake, but they paid back quickly. Room vas very convenient, big and comfortable. 100% recommend.

This was a super experience and the yurts we stayed at were well equipped. A truly unique experience, and with the added fresh snowfall our time there became simply magical. Staff was jovial and helpful, food was good and the breakfast had plenty of options. The amenities in the property were very enjoyable and we had a lovely time there. Would definitely come back!
