The decoration, well furnished with a very personal touch. The location very close to the downtown, supermarket and the bus - train station. The WiFi, very fast and stable, pretty convenient when you have to work there. The communication and the gentleness of the owner, very kind. The peacefulness of the place, is also alongside the train railway but the noise (when the train pass) don't bother us at all. The parking, easy, convenient and free.

It's a very spacious, stylish and creatively different holiday apartment with a separate entrance and a well-equipped kitchen. Guests can use the sauna in the apartment at an extra fee (12 Euros a day). A train station is just 10 min walk, which is very convenient as it makes it possible to get to Stuttgart, Ludwigsburg, Esslingen etс without driving. The city itself is worth visiting, the city centre is just 15 min walk. The house is situated near the railway, but in this apartment you nearly don't hear the trains go by. There are facilities to eat outside (not a very green place though). A very convenient parking place is available. Many small things like slippers, earplugs, tooth brushes, coffee pads, teabags, toiletries are prepared for the guests. The bed is very comfortable. We really enjoyed our 7-day stay.
