Good budget hotel in a great location, close to some great cafes and restaurants on Bridge Street and a short walk to the Berwick walls walking route. The room was small but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is not staffed except in the mornings for breakfast, but access to the rooms is easy and well explained. The staff we met were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was hearty and delicious.

Good location but not functioning as a hotel so difficult to arrange entry to leave luggage before self checkin time. If cleaning staff had not been there, I would have had to carry my luggage all day., despite having prearranged to leave it . Very good veggie breakfast and lovely staff serving it.

The location is great. Everything including restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.It was good value for money.

Spacious room which was clean and comfortable with hospitality tray. Good location for bars, restaurants and town walls. Decent cooked breakfast and friendly staff (who we only saw in the morning)..

Great location with long term free parking nearby. Lovely lady looked after us well at breakfast each morning. Room was warm and clean.
