Beautifully converted house, decorated with taste to a high standard. We had the room Lisieux on the second floor, charming, with exposed beams. It's not large, but perfectly adequate, and has a very copious not-so-mini bar (it's a full-sized fridge!) - sadly the bottles of wine weren't on the price list, so didn't risk opening one! Arrival is self-check-in, but personnel were on hand in the morning. We told them of our problems in the bathroom (leak under the sink and loose shower attachment) and they promised to have them seen to. Breakfast was in a delightful room, with a very well provided buffet and a basket of viennoiseries and bread (this could have been a little more generous) on the table.

Lovely, helpful host, clean, comfortable rooms and great facilities - kids loved the pool and snooker table! I was very glad of the cold water (and wine!) in the rooms after a long journey! Close to the town for dinner and nice breakfast. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, calm, clean, and quiet. We needed a relaxing stop on our journey back, and this was perfect. We wish we could had stayed more days as we only stayed for one night.
