The room was really nice and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There were nice little touches here and there. The location was perfect. It’s right near the main train station and Parliament.

The location of the hotel is great it was literally a walking distance from the main train station and from downtown Bern the room was very spacious and we had more than enough space to even open our 3 big luggage comfortably. the staff at the reception were very friendly and quick in checking us in & they offer free city pass but sadly we didn't use it as we only spent the day in downtown Bern on foot.

Location is just by the main station so lots to do in the area. The hotel was kind of enough to give us a room upgrade and free drinks - the room was extremely clean and spacious
