Position: it's quite close to the city center (tram n. 9 max 10 min) or 15 Min if you prefer walking. The zone is quiet and safe, even though there are not many lights around (actually, as almost everywhere in Bern). As the hotel provides you with a ticket to bus/tram for the period of your stay, it's a big plus! We also appreciated free tea/coffee offered by hotel, especially when it's cold outside. The breakfast was good, with a good variety of bread, cheese, hams, yoghurt etc, + good coffee. The room was tidy, with a comfortable bed and pillows; enough place for 2 person with language. Very friendly and polite staff! Recommended! Will stay here the next time when visiting Bern.

Easy to get to central Bern, great having the free travel pass, staff in reception very helpful. Quiet area.

The hotel location is great! very close to the old city of Bern. Also, it is close ro the tram station, convenient to reach. The Staff are very friendly and nice 🥰🥰 I like tos hotel very much. 💚💙💜

Close to where I needed to be and to public transport. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. Modern bathroom. They let me store my suitcase before and after check-in. Online check-in is a good option and went smoothly.

Although it’s a little out of town compared to where I’ve stayed before, the free Bern Ticket was a real bonus.
