The room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. The hotel has been in the same family for 100 years and was last renovated 5 years ago to a high standard. The included breakfast was excellent. The tram stop (number 9) is nearby for easy access to the city centre, and it was free! Parking is free, although limited. There also is an EV charging point. There is a guest refrigerator on floor 2 as well as a coffee machine (CHF 2 per cup).

Very clean , nice hotel. Perfect calm location with nice restaurant and coffe place close by. Very close to city center and the Rose Garden. Room was also very nice, clean and calm. The staff was also super friendly. Even our dog had very good time in this hotel. Thank you and definitely would stay again!

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights. Clean room with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed in spacious room. Shower really nice and big. Tram 9 around the corner in 9 min in central Bern. Bus tickets included in the price with us. Parking free next to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was the best. Fresh buns and breads in every taste you want, good selection of cut meats and cheeses, fresh fruit even cheries Staff very helpfull and initiate advice.

Great location in a quiet area of Bern, very good room with comfortable beds and even there is no air conditioning our hosts provided us a fan. Breakfast was very good and for a moment of relaxing, the hotel garden is all you need! The staff was nice and helpful explaining to us how to reach by walking or with public transport all the city attraction, as well as getting free transport tickets(via app). There is as well a free parking so for us Hotel Jardin was an excellent choice.

We booked a triple room and so glad that it is big and spacious for the three of us. The bed is comfortable and overall it is clean and comfortable. Location is near to the bus station with nice surroundings that makes the walking distance so delightful. I enjoyed the breakfast spread with freshly baked croissants and assortment of bread. A good selection of fresh fruits as well.
