The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The location was excellent, right in the old town with the gorgeous cobblestone streets.

Great location right in the old town. Short walk to train station. Comfortable warm room. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Have stayed here on a number of occasions. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location in the city centre of Bern. Near a public car park which is convenient. Room was basic but comfortable. A bit weird having a sort of posh portacabin for shower and 🚾 in the corner of the room.
